Building envelope audits include Washington State building compliance survey to calculate any and all losses of power or energy due to leaks in the envelope. Power, water, HVAC, window seals, door threshold, exhaust, and loss due to environmental conditions.

Evaluate present lighting platforms and suggest superior systems, while integrating rebate programs offered by local power companies and the federal government.
